Notice version: KCN-2026-10-27
Employing entity: We United Aus Pty Ltd, trading as Kintera Care (formerly United for Care).
Purpose: to assess your application for the vacancy shown, using human review only.
What we collect: your duty preferences, confirmation of availability, your answers and a short written note.
Who reviews it: authorised members of the Kintera People team. No automated decision is made.
Where your information is stored: Kintera stores your information in Australia and, through the hosting services that run this site, in other countries.
Retention: if you are not successful, Kintera keeps your application information for 2 years and then deletes it.
Your rights: you can request access to, or correction of, your personal information, or ask for a review, by contacting the People team.
Acknowledging this notice does not waive any of your rights.
A computer rule suggests a next step from your answers, against the stated requirements of the vacancy. A person on the People team reviews it and makes every decision, and can decide differently.
If you apply online, we collect your contact details, availability, your answers about checks and your CV, so the People team can consider your application.
The People team may use an AI tool to summarise your CV for a person to read. It does not score you or make any decision.
We also ask a few statements about how you work and, where you say you have experience, a short description of how you do a task. These help us know what to ask you at interview. If you reach reference checks, we ask your referees fixed questions about your work and tell you anything material before a decision.
The full approved collection notice will replace this text before live use.
